My iPhone doesn’t connect with earbuds, What’s the solution?

Is this happening with Bluetooth headphones? Are you getting a specific error message when you attempt to pair your earbuds?

There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot this:

1. Confirm your device is running the latest version of iOS 16. Currently iOS 16.0.3. Check out how to update here: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
2. Confirm that both your accessory and iPhone are close together
3. Be sure accessory is fully charged
4. Go to Settings > Bluetooth disable it and then enable it again.
5. Restart your iPhone and accessory: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
