My BeatsX headphones will not turn on

My BeatsX Headphones will not turn on? Even after charging for 2 hours. The light is on while it is being charged but once I un-plug them from the charges the light turns off. I press the power button and nothing happens. I did notice that when I plug it in to charge a red light and white light blinks twice and then it stays as a white light while charging.

Please use the steps in the section titled “Reset BeatsX” here: Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support

Hold down both the power button and the volume down button for 10 seconds.
When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
