Siri responds with one moment…, still on it…, something went wrong.

My Siri is working, it hears me, but when I ask it something as simple as the date and/ or time it responds with one moment… , still on it… , something went wrong. Please try again. This wouldn’t be an issue but it’s been about a week that it’s been having this issue, I’ve updated my iPhone, I’ve reset my Siri, and it isn’t my internet. Is there anything else I can do without going into store?

Hello Penguin_eater,

Depending on what you meant by resetting Siri, before asking Siri another query, try restarting your iPhone which can iron out issues like this: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Make sure to follow the steps based on the iPhone you have:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

If you have done that already, reach out to Apple directly before going into an Apple Store: Get Support

Thanks and have a wonderful day.
