MacBook Pro 2021 M1 Wi-Fi Not Working

I just bought a new MacBook Pro M1. Wifi working but very very slow. I cannot find any help on fixing it with settings. I cannot go around "fixing" every other wifi network I use for work and at home. Also all my other devices, including IPhone and Dell runs 10x faster on the same wifi setups (3 different ones).

So Apple please let me know if how I can fix it or if I should take the machine in or just return it as a Lemon. Really disappointed with this on an otherwise good machine. But everything is slow while trying to load docs, team calls, and setting up my machine. Please please help.

I've been facing the same behavior and even following all the guidelines shared I was not successful. I'm using a MacBook Pro M1 with Ventura 13.0.1
