MacBook Air 13 M1 WiFi signal often disappears

Strange problems started happening with WiFi on my MacBook Air 13 M1. The WiFi signal often disappears, while the icon in the menu bar does not change to the one that shows that the WiFi network is unavailable or disabled, visually nothing happens, but Internet access is interrupted. The same thing happens on my iPhone 12 PRO MAX. However, on my Windows laptop, such problems do not arise at all, for me it is a mystery - why is this happening? All the devices in my house use the same router and Internet provider, but for some reason problems arise only on Apple devices

Turning off and re-enabling Wi-Fi or run diagnostics in the Wireless Diagnostic application helps to restore the Internet, after that the Internet returns, but after half an hour or an hour/two, the problem occurs again. If needed, I can attach the report files from the application here, as I can't read them by myself
