My iPhone is stuck in Support Apple restore recovery

My phone is stuck in Support Apple restore recovery and it won’t get back to the Home Screen. It’s just a black screen with a computer and charger thing on the screen. How do I fix it?

you need to plug it into a computer to restore it, that is what that graphic shows.
