Can't complete Apple ID (App Store, iTunes)

Dear friends,

when I try to sign in with existing Apple ID in App Store or iTunes, I get a notication that "This Apple ID has not yet been used in App Store/iTunes store." When I try to Review my account information ( I have already set my Apple ID via website - https://appleid.apple.com/, including payment option), I chose country and Agree to Terms and Conditions and click Next. Nothing happens, so I'm stuck in limbo.

Do you have any suggestions? Any kind of help is much appreciated.

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review to sign in, then review your account information.

Click Review repeatedly.

Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.

Try to download a free app at the App Store.

Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.

When I tap Review, I am sent to accept the Apple Media Terms & Conditions - so I can't make a second or subsequent click. I tap on "Agree to Terms and Conditions", but when I tap Next, nothing happens. I'm stuck.

Because I use older version of iPad I can't download apps, not even free, so I have to use a work-around with older version of iTunes.

I have my payment information stored on appleid.apple.com.

Any other suggestions? Thank you.

That will be difficult yes, if your iPad running iOS 9.3.5.

All apps are also deprecated, including Safari.

It is also no longer responsible and safe.

Here an iPhone 4S with iOS 9.3.5., is use as an alarm.

Really sorry for you.

Considering a newer type of iPad?

Read this before you buy a newer iPhone.

I just want to know, why can't I use App store on my old iPad. I know there are several basic apps that run on older iOS, that look promising for further use.

Can I use some other way to sign in to App store?
