Why are my messages sending but not being delivered to another person’s phone? I send a message to someone and they don’t get the message, this happened before and it’s aggregating as ****. How do I fix it?

Why Messages are not Received:
Probably because they have you blocked out of it. So, have them check that you are not blocked out by a Third-Party app, and by the iMessages app, itself.
Call your cell service provider and have them check the SMS and MMS provisioning on your iPhone.
I’m not blocked and no they don’t have an iPhone.
