For months, my iPhone changes the first letter of the first word of any dictated text from upper case to lower case before I send it. It only happens with the first sentence, and only when I dictate a text. I've tried everything, including turning off and turning on dictation, Siri and other menu items related to auto correct. Nothing works.
A screenshot can't show anything -- photos are static. The phone literally changes the first letter from upper to lower case as I send. You need to see it change.

It happens with the first letter of the first word. You don't need a screenshot for that.
Does this happen with any word or with a particular word?
Does this happen with any particular phrase?
It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.

Same thing for me. Everything I dictate has the first letter of the first word changed to lowercase.

I found the solution to the problem. If you're still having issues, here's what I did.
Go to Settings
Accessibility
Keyboards
"Turn off Show Lowercase Keys"
Grrr.... It only worked once. Still looking for a solution.
