My iPad dictation changed uppercase to lowercase

Dictating virtually anything on my iPad comes out OK, although there are some punctuation marks that are added unnecessarily, but the most frustrating part is it automatically changes the uppercase first letter of the dictation to lowercase. This has been posted elsewhere, but there has been no fix proposed. It is quite cumbersome to go back to every paragraph that I dictate to change that first letter back to upper case.

Random capitalization when dictating Ever since the latest software update, my iPhone is inserting random capital letters while dictating, often when all I do is take a breath to keep speaking. It is also throwing in extra spaces between the last word and the next word. Turning off capitalization is amazingly annoying, But it didn't solve the problem. I really wish y'all would quit messing around with dictation because every time you push an update it messes it up worse! (BTW, the capitalized but above that is incorrect is an example of what it's doing. Notice the extra space as well as the capital letter that doesn't belong there.) Is there a way to get it to quit randomly capitalizing words? I'm an English professor by training, and this makes me look like an idiot if I don't catch it, and takes way longer to edit text messages than it should when I do. With all due respect, these units are far too expensive to have these kind of problems so routinely.

iPhone always changes first letter of first word from upper case to lower case when dictating texts For months, my iPhone changes the first letter of the first word of any dictated text from upper case to lower case just before or as I send it. It only happens with the first sentence, and only when I dictate a text. I've tried everything, including turning off and turning on dictation, Siri and other menu items related to auto correct. Nothing works.
