Security lockout

my kids entered passcode many time and it locked up . I went to apple store the technician said it impassable to recover data if you didn’t make backup or I cloud backup . My question is how I can I restore my passcode without losing data.

security lockout My daughter changed her passcode last night and forgot it. After several attempts I called apple and was told to do the restore method on my pc. After that failed I realized she had also accidently put her phone in airplane when trying to guess the passcode. Now I cant get the airplane mode off to do the restore and her phone now says security lockout. I do have the apple id and password but I cant erase her phone on the cloud because its in airplane mode. Please help
