Unable to download Apple Arcade games

I am having Apple One family sharing subscription. Now I am unable to download arcade games. When I click on “get” it redirects me to arcade landing page and I see two options: “start playing” and “not now”. When I click on start playing, it takes me back to the previous page. I have seen that others are also facing this issue. Has anybody found the solution? I have contact apple support and they asked me to update to iOS 16.0.3 from 16.0.2 and check. But I don’t think it has anything to do with the OS version as I had previously downloaded it on my other device which is running iOS 15 and now in the same device with same os version I am facing the issue.

Did you find a solution to this? This is happening to me as well and looking through more posts in the forum it seems it’s only happening to those with family subscriptions.

I am able to play games I already downloaded but they show as “get” on the App Store rather than “open”.
