I was gifted this Apple Watch and I cant log in to use it because I do know know their activation lock

I can not log into my Apple Watch because it has an activation lock, I was gifted this Apple Watch and I don't know the information to get rid of it. Also not sure which watch this is

The previous owner must unpair the watch and remove Activation Lock by entering their Apple ID password, so you can use the watch. What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support
