Activation Lock on Apple Watch series 6
Is there anything I can do if I have bought an Apple Watch from a third party seller and they do not know the Apple ID and password to turn off the Activation Lock?

Ask them to contact the person they got it from or give you a refund. If they've forgotten their own login details, that can be addressed separately.
