YouTube app loses audio after 10 seconds on Apple TV 4K

I have the same problem and noticed that each new add or needs new audio clip starts and provides audio for roughly 10 seconds and then each add, clip, or any other kind of video simply stops audio after 10 seconds

this happens only with the YouTube app.

Current software load is tvOS 16.0 with a wired ethernet connection and one gigabit fiber optic WAN to the home
