iTunes won't recognize my refurbished iPhone

Purchased refurbished iPhone 13 pro max .imie model everthing okey but iTunes not recognized this device. Tried on PC to find my device but gtg as 13 pro max instead of iPhone 13 pro max .why am gtg like this .please suggest your views on this issue. Tks
