How to turn off headphones volume notifications

How can I workaround Apples annoying headphone volume notifications in iOS 16.2?

Once you turn the notifications on in the Health App you cannot turn them off again.

I love how Apple says due to regulations in certain countries and regions you cannot turn it off.

hummmmm i live in the US and I don’t have that problem on my Samsung. Maybe only Apple has the regulations enforced? Maybe Apple sets the regulations to increase their battery life statistics. Not only is this a notification it actually turns your volume down! Yes you can turn it back up but please I’m 66 years old and a rocker who worked for rock and roll bands for many years. I have my hearing checked regularly and I know what my ears can handle and I don’t appreciate Apple’s infringement on my listening choices. What’s next no rock and roll music on Apple…..oh wait no they make way too much money on that one to stop. Haha

Does anybody have a workaround for this?

I found a way to turn it off! At least here in California US.

go to Settings, Accessibility, Audio Visual, scroll to the bottom there it is! “Turn headphone notifications off”.

It’s almost like they intentionally hid it.

I assume it’s there in Accessibility so that the hearing impaired have the option like your concern.

Funny how multiple searches on here and online never came up with it.

Hope this helps others.
