Apple Watch SE and mfi hearing aids

I have paired a 2022 Apple Watch SE with an iPhone SE 2022, as well as made for iPhone hearing aids (Oticon More). The phone pairs well with the hearing aids. The Watch notifies when a call comes, and It can be answered, but cannot hear the caller. Is it possible to pair the hearing aids to the Watch? This is for my 95 year old mother. She can easily use her iPhone, and we hope the Watch will help us feel safer about falls, etc. She would be unable to know if someone answers an emergency call unless it pairs with her hearing aids.

Your hearing aids are paired to the iPhone and the Apple Watch is paired to the iPhone but the watch is not paired to the hearing aids. If you answer the call with the watch you can only use the speaker on the watch to hear the caller. It is difficult for a hearing aid user to hear from the watch speaker. I to wear Oticon More hearing aids and have a problem answering calls on my Apple Watch. The Fall Detection is a great feature to have for an older parent. Even if she did not hear the 911 operator it gives them her location. If this doesn't answer your question give an Apple Accessibility Support Specialist a call using this link:

I have been begging Apple to make this happen for years. Have even emailed Tim Cook directly (with no response). Apple watch users with hearing aids (regardless of age) really want this feature. The MFIP (made for IPhone) needs to add MFAW (made for Apple Watch) too. The only reason I have yet to get the cellular version of the apple watch is because I am about 60% deaf and absolutely need hearing aids to talk on the phone...aka watch in this instance. PLEASE Apple make this happen!

I love Apple products. But this is a point that I will never understand. For example, I bought an Apple Watch with LTE because I sometimes travel/make sports without my iPhone.

Unfortunately, they still haven't managed to pair hearing aids with the Apple Watch, which is possible with a tablet or smartphone.

This reduces the Apple Watch to a pure fitness tracker, especially for the hard of hearing.
