Apple TV IOS 16.0 (20J373) Apple ID needs to be updated to use new features

My only choice to update my AppleID is by using an iPhone Or iPad w/ bluetooth and Wifi at the same time w/ IOS 16 on that device. Since my iPhone is managed by a corporate policy I cannot upgrade from 15 to 16 until it is approved for use by my company. The only other Choice is "Not Now" then it pops up again every 15-20 minutes - Making me very annoyed! 7-8 times so far today.

Question: Is there another way to get my appleID updated w/ does not require using an IOS device at 16?

We can't all upgrade our iPhone IOS's every time the Apple TV needs to do this. Apple needs an alternate method without this dependency.
