iPhone 11 dropping audio on calls

We have an iPhone 11 previously worked ok but recently started dropping audio on calls. The call is still connected as it comes back on eventually so hasn’t ended the call.

Tried restarting the phone, moved to another network provider and still the issue remains. How can we solve this?

Can Only Hear Calls on Speaker (iPhone XR) I can only hear calls on my iPhone XR if I put the calls on speaker. I have tried all the recommended fixes and the problem persists. What else can I do? Do I need to upgrade my iPhone? BTW it's in perfect condition.

What version of iOS is installed on your iPhone 11? Current is 16.0.2.
