Siri text asks “which one?”

I sometimes send myself a text via Siri, when driving. Just say “text myself” and in ios16, it now prompts me “which one?” With Email or phone option, before I can create message. How we do I set default to phone ? don’t want to touch phone while driving. Not using CarPlay, just plain iPhone.

In settings, messages, send & receive only has phone number ticked.
