Unable to pair Beats wireless ear buds to my iPhone

My “beats” wireless ear buds doesn’t show up “devices”. I paired them once, but then I accidentally clicked on “forget this device”. Please help. I’ve been following the directions; bud case open next to unlocked phone, buds fully charged, Bluetooth on.
