Told iPad to forget JLad earbuds by mistake.
Have tried resetting buds and reconnecting via Bluetooth but will not find them. I believe it’s the iPad issue not the JLab earbuds

Your Bluetooth earbuds will need to be re-paired with your iPad:

You should note that you will need to set your earbuds to their pairing-mode; the process to pair your JLab earbuds with a host device will be described within the user guide supplied with the earbuds. As suggested by Rudegar, JLab also have an online guide:
