How to send a voice message on iPhone
Since update iphone to IOS 16.0.2 I am unable to send sound voice message with the message app

If we understand your post correctly, you're no longer able to send voice messages in the Messages app. We're here to help!
Let's check ensure you don't have sound recognitions enabled. The sound recognition feature stops you from recording or sending voice messages. Therefore, you need to turn it off in order to send voice messages.
Control Center > Select and hold the microphone or vertical lines to disable this feature.
