On my IPhone 14 I am not able to send audio or voice recording in iMessage. It says “cannot send audio messages at this time”
how do I activate this feature?

If any other application is using the microphone, it could potentially be causing this to happen. For example, if you have Sound Recognition enabled: Recognize sounds using iPhone - Apple Support
We'd recommend disabling any features like that and making sure no 3rd party apps are actively using your microphone when you attempt to send a voice recording.
