How to DISABLE 'Scale to fit below camera'? And use all space available.

I have seen the setting for scaling the app window to fit under the notch. How do I disable this completely, iow I want to use the space next to the notch and don't want anything to move below the notch, like on the iPhone. Also I tested with deselecting the option but none of the app windows use the additional space next to the notch, they all scale to fit below the notch automatically.

In essence, I want it to work like on the iPhone with a notch.
