Frozen with pink squares phone restarted

I was using my phone to scroll through iG and my phone made a weird electronic noise, then the screen froze with white squares on it. Then quickly restarted itself. My phone is working fine, I did a hard reset. Is there anything. I should be worried about it?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15
