Hi there so I lost my phone in Benidorm and had to buy a new one I can’t get my photos off my old phone because it keeps sending notifications to my old number I want my photos from the cloud as they can’t be replaced
It's not clear why you changed your phone number. And, I'm guessing that you didn't have alerntat numbers set up for 2FA (do that right away).

If you did not backup your photos and videos to iCloud, you cannot retrieve them if you lost the iPhone.
