airpod pods 2 disconnecting occasionally

just got my new airpod pods 2 yesterday night, it went well sound great at the very first day.

And NOW, the second day, the airpod pods 2 may disconnect from playing music in Apple Music. Not sure if this doesn't happen in other apps. Hope this bug can be fixed ASAP.

I have a similar issue but it also keeps happening while I’m on Zoom calls on my MacBook Air - never had issues before with other earphones so wondering why sound keeps dropping. It keeps saying they’re still connected but the sound just cuts out.
