How do I turn off voicemail notifications permanently on iPhone 14?

I have de-activated the service provider voicemail long long time ago, I am 1st time user of iphone 14 pro max, the voicemail notification always poop up when I switch the phone on, how to permanently get rit of it?

Turn off voicemail notifications Hello, how do I turn off the voicemail notifications? I am talking specifically about the voicemail popup on the screen and the vibration noise it makes. I have autism and misophonia, and when I am in a phonecall that is interrupted by this voicemail notification, I get very angry and upset. I just hung up on my girlfriend because it happened two times. I have no more energy for talking on the phone due to this. Anyway, there appears to be no setting in the iphone to turn it off. Even if I turn off all notifications, I think it still happens.

After update ios 16. Voicemail notification wont go away ! after restart my phone will get this notification but there is no voicemail. and the notification is look like that This is so annoying anyone have solution to solve this problem please?

Since Voicemail is a specific cellular carrier service, contact them and explain your problem.
