MacBook Air 2020 M1 turns on automatically after the lid is shut and I can hear the switch on sound of Mac after Iam closing the lid for sometimes why it is happening?

This shouldn't necessarily happen under normal circumstances. However, it may be possible that it is detecting the lid being opened; causing this to happen. It is normal for an M1 Mac to boot when the lid is open, for context.
Aside from that, we would recommend reaching out to Apple directly to look into this with you further if it seems to be randomly turning on while the lid is closed, as this would be indicative of a physical issue: Apple Support
