any Reason to do occasional restarts on my new watch?

I got my first apple watch about six weeks ago. and thanks to FieryJack I saw one of his posts that included the two methods for restarting my watch. the "soft restart" and the "quick fix" method for a watch that won't swipe.

so, here's my question. is there any reason to occasionally restart my watch like we do with our Macs? or do I just reserve those restart methods if issues arise?

Because the watch is a mini computer over the course of time it gets clogged up with tempory and corrupted files and it's good to clean them out now and again,I've been force restarting my watch once a week for the last 5 years and I've had very few problems in that time.
