trying to upload photos from an external drive into iCloud using iCloud.com. According to the instructions I should be able to use the upload button on iCloud.com under photos, but it is not available to select/grade out? Does anyone know how to solve the issue?

If you're wanting to upload photos to the iCloud website, you'll want to follow these steps:
1. In Photos on iCloud.com, click.
2. Select the photos you want to add from your computer, then follow the onscreen instructions.
If those steps don't seem to be working, could you try using another web browser to see if that does the trick?
If not, could you please confirm what kind of device you're using and what OS it's running?
