I have changed the "Startup security utility" to reduce security through Holding power button. Restart the Mac and try to access on "Boot camp assistance" to install Windows. it shows Mac does not support the Book camp assistance.

Is there any way to install windows on this mac or it’s totally unsupported. I mean without boot camp is there any way?
AFAIK, the only way that MIGHT work would involve a bootleg copy of windows which would be frowned upon by Microsoft AND Apple. and even then I'm not sure it would even work.

You can try using the UTM which is a machine emulator & virtualizer which may allow you to run an Intel version of Windows, although performance will be reduced.
this is not supported. It also begs the question:
¿What exactly do you need from Windows? Microsoft word documents?
