According to this Apple article....a 2010 Mac Pro tower is not compatible with Windows 10.

I don't use BootCamp or Windows, but I did find this extremely interesting post from 2016 regarding BootCamp and supported versions of Windows (I have seen another post on the Apple forums which mentioned installing an older version of Windows and upgrading to Win10 could work even though it is not possible to perform a clean install of Win10 on some systems):

I was trying to find an Apple article which had links to instructions for Boot Camp & Windows for various versions of macOS & Windows, but they have removed or hidden it with recent changes (or maybe like the above linked post the rules have changed again). Here is an Apple article specific to macOS 10.14 Mojave, but nowhere in this article does it mention which versions of Windows can be used....Apple's recent updating of articles seems to have removed references to any specific versions of Windows in most of the BootCamp articles. Thinking Different once again.

On a 2010 you need to install the mbr version of Windows 10 there is no drivers for efi version ....to do so you need to install from the DVD you will have to option when you boot holding alt .....you chose window .... You can download bootcamp 5.1 afterward then install it using the command line "cmd" go to bootcamp directory bootcamp/drivers/apple/bootcamp.msi to bypass the incompatibility message ....then use "sdi driver imstaller" and you should be good
