Order Iphone 14 pro from online store

I have orderd Iphone 14 pro on 9th Sep and paid full amount , Arrive date are 29 Sep to 6 Oct, today on 20th September many of my friend got the same iphone for the same price from the offline stores, what was my mistake i trust online store, order after 11days is still in process,
