iPhone 14 Pro Max shows delivered but no one came to my address

I order 14 pro max it should be delivered on 14 july but something different happened on the app they show me on board at 6:22 am and then delivered same time 6:22 am how

So  apple please fix my issue give me my order or my money back which is $1899 aud
