Re: safari 13.1.6 How do I export websites and passwords?

Using Migration Assistant files were transferred from a Mid 2011 mini (os10.13.6) to a Late 2012 mini (os15.6.1). Everything got moved EXCEPT the Safari saved website and passwords. Boy, that was easy. The old mini has Safari 13.1.2 the new one has 15.6.1. We have googled this question many times over the past several weeks and got some direction on solving this issue with zero success. Most of the responses are dead wrong. I have been juggling files in an out of Apple computers for almost 40 years and have never seen a situation so confusing and misunderstood. Please help me change all that.

Since this morning I have stumbled around in the keychain folder on the older mini and determined that I can see the list of websites but the passwords listed are only identified as "passwords". The menu bar gives me an option to export items (?) but the menu text that triggers the export process is "grayed". Further research informs us that "If this menu entry is grayed then it means at least one of those items can’t be exported." And it seems to be all or none. The next move is not clear at all. I'm preparing to edit the list of websites and passwords (many no longer apply) to enter them manually as I've spent way too much time on this. Thank you for your help.
