Preferences Error

The error message "Could not load Apple ID preference pane" keep on pop up in the system preferences for Mac OS Monterey 12.6. Tried reinstalling Mac OS and boot in Safe Mode. Please help

Just to update

Apple support team unable to help me resolve the issue though few phone calls consultation has been done.

The issue resolved after latest Mac OS Monterey 12.6.1 & Mac OS Ventura update.
