recaptcha??

I have the same issue, it works on Chrome (on laptop) and on my iPhone XR on Safari but not on new MacBook Air on Safari?

Would be nice to have it working!!

This Apple Support document has some suggestions to review: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected - Apple Support.

Occasionally, the service that provides those annoying images simply goes down for a period of time. There isn't anything you can do about that but try again.

I do online surveys and sometimes to verify that I am a person I have to tick a box that says I'm not a robot. If it connects correctly a series of photos come up that require me to choose some that have a specific item showing. However on the laptop it very often says it won't connect if I use safari.
