How do I add a GPS tracker to my location services?

i have a gps tracker app that doesn’t appear under my location services. How do I add it? Thank you.

Location services for product improvement is always on after 16.2. It is the very last item on the list of system services after 16.2. I noticed the icon my location services are on like everytime i looked my phone (purple arrow). So i blamed the “find my” after i disabled it the icon kept appearing show that “Improve Maps” is using my gps even though i did not even allowed it. Like it is constant. After 16.2. all I got is just a malfunctioning GPS tracking device instead of an expensive iPhone how am I supposed to fix this? How to get rid of BetMGMSports_GeoComply having my location status on Control Center I had installed the BetMGM sportsbook app on my phone. I have now uninstalled it, but I still shows up at the top of the the control center that it is using my location. I know that these sportsbook apps need your location to verify that you are in a state where it is legal so I had allowed the app to have my location. But now that I have deleted the app I no longer want it tracking my location. I tried reinstalling and uninstalling the app but that did not work. What it seems is that geocomply is a service that these sportsbook apps use to verify your location and maybe when I uninstalled the app from my phone it is not removing the geocomply part of it? I just want to get rid of it for privacy and to not have it wasting my battery. Is there anything I can do? I do not see any topics about this issue when searching the internet.

iPhone can’t allow Location Services for App My application uses iPhone's GPS functionality, and it was working fine previously, as in it prompts user to allow the use of location services and it shows up under Settings > Location Services list. I uninstalled and re-downloaded the app from the app store, but it no longer does either of them. The app was of the same version, and hasn't been updated for a while, but the problem had started recently. I am on iPhone 13 and iOS 15
