How to get rid of BetMGMSports_GeoComply having my location status on Control Center

I had installed the BetMGM sportsbook app on my phone. I have now uninstalled it, but I still shows up at the top of the the control center that it is using my location. I know that these sportsbook apps need your location to verify that you are in a state where it is legal so I had allowed the app to have my location. But now that I have deleted the app I no longer want it tracking my location. I tried reinstalling and uninstalling the app but that did not work. What it seems is that geocomply is a service that these sportsbook apps use to verify your location and maybe when I uninstalled the app from my phone it is not removing the geocomply part of it? I just want to get rid of it for privacy and to not have it wasting my battery. Is there anything I can do? I do not see any topics about this issue when searching the internet.
