My iphone 11 is constantly stuck in "Stack" mode. When I select Settings -> Notifications -> Display As= count, notifications still show "stacked" at the bottom of the screen. Anyone else see this?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. When you go to Settings > Notifications, at the top it should show count, stack, list. You can tap each one to change to what you want. Since yours is not doing what it should, reach out to Apple Support here: Contact - Official Apple Support

I have a similar problem on iOS 16 and iPhone 11, notifications that come up while in the "Do not disturb" mode do not appear anywhere. I've tried "Display As" List or Stack and Count, still nothing when I swipe up. There is not notification center either as in iOS 15 and prior. I've tried all of the likely notification settings. Is there a fix for this? However, the notifications work when the phone is not is do not disturb mode.
To be clear, I'm not asking why the notifications are silent in the Do Not Disturb mode. Just want to see a place where I can find the ones that came in while in DND. Thank you!
