Line/Focus jumping around while typing iPhone 11

My iPhone11 is randomly jumping between focus on different lines once I start writing text thats long enough to be scrolled up and down in the text box. Meaning, for example, here Id estimate I have about 500 characters left before it starts doing that/risks doing that BUT on other sites with smaller text boxes, I can only write about 150 characters in the text box before my focus starts jumping back and forth

My cursor is fine, if I closed my eyes and typed itd come out looking completely normal BUT while I type if I back space or even just start a new line itll randomly scroll way up and way down back and forth and make it basically unreadable, which gets SUPER frustrating when having to write extremely long messages and doing it basically blind since I cant actually see anything Im typing unless I drastically slow down my writing pace to scroll back to where I am EVERY. SINGLE. CHARACTER which is no fun.

And yes, I have restarted my iPhone and apps. Numerous times. This has been an issue ever since I got my iPhone 11 months ago, in every social media app (Instagram, Discord, YouTube) and text boxes on Safari/Chrome, hasnt been a problem writing on this page thankfully but its usually once theres multiple lines TO scroll up and down, and the more lines there are the more rapidly my chances of it doing this super annoying thing go up. Multiple updates, restarts, full shut downs and power ons, nothing has fixed it. Please tell me there is a fix or its atleast a known issue which will be fixed soon.

Hey TesteScrungler,

We'll be happy to help out with the insertion point jumping around. Does it happen without a screen protector or case attached? Also try disconnecting any accessories that you may have connected to the iPhone to see if the display still has these issues. Follow the remaining advice listed here, as it does sound like the problem could be the display being too sensitive: If the screen isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. We've pasted the information below for your convenience:

If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad

1) Restart your iPhone or iPad.
2) Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
3) Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
4) Remove any cases or screen protectors.
