Why is my new iPhone 16 keyboard slow and unresponsive?

i have a new iphone 16 with frustrating issue : keyboard is slow sometimes u have to tap twice on a letter to get it typed as if we are in the old days its annoying making my typing too slow

Why is my iPhone 16 Pro Max typing so slowly? Just got an iPhone 16 pro max yesterday and the typing is terrible!!! It takes forever to type a text out now- I feel like I have to press harder, but even still it will miss letters here and there, making me go back and correct spelling. I’ve done a network reset, keyboard reset, turned the phone off and back on, Haptic Touch switched to fast…nothing is working. Phone also is fully updated. I had the 14 before this and had zero issues. Any advice appreciated- this is terrible! (My husband got the same phone yesterday as well- and while his lags, it’s doesn’t seem as bad as mine. He also doesn’t text as fast as I do either) [Re-Titled by Moderator]
