Ios16 notifications

With the new update, iOS 16, is there a way to change the notifications to scroll in at the top like before? I hate that they scroll in at the bottom and do like my notifications popping up.

Change notifications back to the top of the screen, or at least give us the option. This is a HORRIBLE update! Why were notifications moved to the bottom of the screen. They are notifications, meant to get our attention, they need to be at the top of the screen. What a horrible update. So upset I changed to iOS 16. Definitely disappointed.
