Pretty self explanatory. I don’t want to change my background to a dark background and I feel like there should be some way to get rid of the drop shadow that shows up on every apps name

I do not see any drop shadow in any of the apps on my iPhone 12 Pro iOS 16. Please see the pic below
I don’t know why it shows up on certain backgrounds but I wish it could be shut off. It looks atrocious.
Yeah it’s pretty ugly. Most of the responses I’ve found are just “change your background to something darker.” Not helpful. Also love your background lol
