I had no BT issue before the update or after the 12.6 update...
Maybe if you just state what is the issue you are having,
including the exact mac, and what is your current macOS(?)
The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.6

if macOS 12.6 does not straighten out the issue—
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

I've updated my iMac 4k 2017 on Friday before a weekend leave. Worked for like 2-3 hours today and now I have severe bluetooth problems as it cannot show any devices but constantly refreshing and looking for those.
I see my list of devices for like 1-2-3 seconds and then all devices disappear and the "search" goes on for like 10 seconds to show me my device list for a couple of seconds and disappear again..
It is disturbing because even if the Magic Keyboard works through Lightning cable - I cannot use my Magic Mouse and working with a wired one is just painful without any gestures I'm so used to..
I recorded my screen and uploaded it to Youtube and attaching it here just in case. BTW 50/50% chance that the Bluetooth won't turn off from the Settings screen... It works from the 'tool' or status bar uptop, whatever it's called lol.
There is still the same bluetooth mouse disconnection problem. My MBA is 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7.
Also many students also faced the same problem using Mac-mini / iMAC / Macbook-Air (MBA). Please help ASAP.
I'm experiencing the Blutooth on my M1 Mac Pro 13" 2020.
I installed Monterey12.6 earlier this week and have lagging Blutooth Mouse and my Jabra Elite 65e headphones have connection issues and low throughput.
I think I began experiencing issues in 12.5 and it's persisted in 12.6. My Apple Watch regularly, or rather my 2019 MBP, says that the connection to my Apple Watch is two weak to unlock, but I'm literally less than a meter away. I have new 2nd gen AirPods Pros and they begin to loose connection outside of 2-3 meters (when connected to my iPhone I'm able to get 10-15 meters away before I start to lose connection. So something is definitely going on with the antenna strength in Monterey's latest releases, like it's being dampened or the strength was throttled in an attempt to increase battery strength (just a theory as to why it might have been changed). If there's an official bug that's been reported, could an Apple employee link to it, or create an official ticket for this to be review. I've spoken to several other macOS users that are experiencing similar Bluetooth connectivity issues since updating.
Same problem with lagging mouse. Very annoying when it seems there is still no remedy for it and nobody seems to do anything about it. I would be inconvenient if something were loosing connection a few meters away but the dongle for my Bluetooth mouse is 10 centimetres away. That is totally unacceptable in a brand new iMac.
As has already been pointed out, as far as Apple is concerned there are no outstanding, pervasive Bluetooth issues.
If you are experiencing Bluetooth issues, it needs to be examined on a case-by-case basis, and piling onto a general complaint thread [like this has turned into] makes it impossible to see the fine differences between Users issues and work toward resolution.
Bad reception at very short distances suggests (but does not prove) disconnected antenna leads.

After a proper power-drain everything works fine!
