You need to contact AT&T to answer this. This is assuming you actually have an AT&T account and you’re wanting to do an upgrade. If you’re wanting to get financing through AT&T without actually having an active service with them then no. You would need to finance through whoever you have service with if offered or see if you can do the Apple financing. Or…use/apply for a credit card with a 0% intro offer and pay that way.
