ECG not working in my region

Hello.

Please can You tell me why I am not able to use ECG function on my Apple Watch? It says that is not available in my region…

Can You please explain to me why regarding to my location and region I am not able to use some fantastic Apple Watch features?

It’s not available in some regions. Your region’s government needs to approve it for that to change
